Transport Damage: Important: Any damage incurred during transport must be reported directly to the respective transport company immediately upon discovery. Our policy does not cover damages caused by the carrier if not reported to them.

Reimbursement for Claims: In the event of a valid claim for a defective or incorrectly delivered item, we will reimburse the return shipping costs and the amount you paid for the damaged or incorrect item, provided we cannot send a new item to you within a reasonable timeframe.
